Yoga is about balance. Balancing what we have too much or too little of with the opposite. This is our work. When things are frustrating or aggravating, can you take a quick pause and assess what it is that is happening, and bring balance to it.
Too busy at work. Slow down and make more time for relaxation.
Feeling stagnant. Bring some fire and create change.
Feeling tired. Rest!

This class is a sweet nod to the heart and hips, for anyone experiencing busyness or too much sitting. We open the front body as we allow for change, transition and new paths to take shape. This class begins in a flow and ends with about 10 minutes of yin to help truly unwind. And this is Expand Connect's last class (for now!).
