Feel Better: Let Go (2/17/25)

This class is all about letting go of whatever you are holding on to, good or bad. With mobility, strength and release in the hips, we can feel more and do less. The class is dynamic with steady movements until the last 10 minutes when we drop into yin poses to fully relax and let go.
