This class incorporates stabilization movements throughout to help activate the core and strengthen the body. At the same time, nothing in this class should feel too hard - life is tough enough. You're prompted to connect to the breath and stay soft, no matter what comes your way. Framing the strength movements is a full spectrum vinyasa yoga class touching on poses to of all types. Enjoy!
