Open and Aware: Accept (4th Chakra)

This 4th chakra (Anahata) yoga class focuses on expansion and acceptance. You will be encouraged to take extra time in each pose to take up more space, hold a little longer and counter resistance - all with the intention to help you hold yourself and others up when needed.
