Fitness: Arms
This short, sweet fitness class focuses on the arms using lightweight resistance in the form of yoga blocks (or light weights of your choice). We move quickly and transition from challenge to challenge while staying in tune with your limbs and your breath. All movements will have benefit without any resistance at all - so props are optional!
Suggested props: 2 same size yoga blocks (or light weights) & a yoga strap or taught towel / scarf ***ALL PROPS ARE OPTIONAL***
