Move: Hips and Glutes (5/12/25)

This class builds upon the dedicated strength we all have in our legs, adding mobility in the hips and strength in the glutes. With a mobile and strong lower half we can move through our lives with stability, range and power. The yoga sequence blends some repetitive fitness style movements with yoga and stretching. Enjoy!
