Yoga is about balance. Balancing what we have too much or too little of with the opposite. This is our work. When things are frustrating or aggravating, can you take a quick pause and assess what it is that is happening, and bring balance to it.
Too busy at work. Slow down and make more time for relaxation.
Feeling stagnant. Bring some fire and create change.
Feeling tired. Rest!

This class helps you feel grounded and connected. We focus on the feet through a variety of standing poses, building a little heat before winding down and staying close to the ground for the last 15 minutes of practice. Just what you need.
This class helps you create space while connecting inward. With twists and focus on the arms, you have the time to open up, wring out and take up space. The class speeds up, just before we take the time for a slow and sweet wind down. Enjoy!
This meditative flow moves fluidly at first with regular repetition to help you drop out of your mind and into your body. After about 40 minutes of continuous flow, it is time to slow down and relax, giving your body a chance to find peach and calm. The last 15 minutes are quiet and close to the earth, helping you settle in and truly relax.
This class is steady and strong, focusing on the space around the heart: front, back and sides. We move on the slower side, but keep building into more space. Enjoy!
Hot time in the summer! This class moves slow and low due to warm temps. While still a vinyasa class there are 0-2 (your choice) vinyasa flows, and plenty of other options to tap into your body, connectivity, strength and movement. The general physical focus is the hips, but the whole body will wake up through this feel-good flow. Enjoy!
This flow class focuses on the core, while keeping attention on everything else. We move, we breathe, we come back to the center. And repeat. You have a chance to warm yourself up and cool down just the same. Enjoy!
This class is all about taking up space organically and on your own terms. Summer is a great time of year to expand and unfurl, so make it work for you. We'll access side bends, repetition and the heart.

This short, sweet fitness class focuses on the arms using lightweight resistance in the form of yoga blocks (or light weights of your choice). We move quickly and transition from challenge to challenge while staying in tune with your limbs and your breath. All movements will have benefit without any resistance at all - so props are optional!
Suggested props: 2 same size yoga blocks (or light weights) & a yoga strap or taught towel / scarf ***ALL PROPS ARE OPTIONAL***
This fitness class engages the core with a diverse set of movements, none of which are crunches. We use weights (or yoga blocks) to add resistance but the movements are challenging and fluid with or without the props. This 30 minute class will fly by and you'll feel ready for anything.
