Surrender and Commit (12/09/24)
This class encourages you to drop in to the moment and surrender. The sequence begins with repetition designed to keep you present through simplicity - focusing on breath, body and each moment. Not striving for more or less, but one foot in front of the other to feel connected and aware. The second half of the class encourages the same close attention while expanding poses and adding challenge.
