Envision Workshop (1/24/25)
This 90 minute workshop is 60% movement and 40% mapping and reflection. Over the course of three cycles we go from moving to reflecting and back to moving. The intention is to get into the body, heart and intuition and out of the mind. You'll create a map and vision for the year that you can continue to add to as the months roll on. Bring a yoga mat, a couple blank pieces of paper and a couple different colored pens. Enjoy!
