Fitness: Core

This fitness class engages the core with a diverse set of movements, none of which are crunches. We use weights (or yoga blocks) to add resistance but the movements are challenging and fluid with or without the props. This 30 minute class will fly by and you'll feel ready for anything.
Intensity: Energizing
Physical Focus: Core and Trunk
Props: 2 blocks and / or 5lb weights or lighter (***PROPS ARE OPTIONAL***)
