Mobile and Free (2nd Chakra)
This 25 minute yoga class focuses on the mobility that our hips offer and allow for, so that we can free up energy. This second chakra class (Svadhisthana) follows familiar poses and sequences while adding movement, expansion and flow. After this short practice the hope is that you will feel more connected to you.
