This meditative flow moves fluidly at first with regular repetition to help you drop out of your mind and into your body. After about 40 minutes of continuous flow, it is time to slow down and relax, giving your body a chance to find peach and calm. The last 15 minutes are quiet and close to the earth, helping you settle in and truly relax.
