Thank you for joining me in this week of movement and radical routine.

We’re here to feel good in our body and spirit as we step into a new month, schedule and towards a new season.

We’re also here to interrupt the current cycle with something new.

I truly hope some part of this series becomes a habit. Whether it is the daily movement, the type of movement, or the sense that we can be active and present even in the midst of mild chaos. I hope something sticks for you.
