June FLOW (6-23-2025)

Hot time in the summer! This class moves slow and low due to warm temps. While still a vinyasa class there are 0-2 (your choice) vinyasa flows, and plenty of other options to tap into your body, connectivity, strength and movement. The general physical focus is the hips, but the whole body will wake up through this feel-good flow. Enjoy!
